A George III mahogany longcase clock, the fretwork pierced silk lined pagoda top with three ball finials, on ormolu capped stop fluted tapering columns, the arched brass dial with black Roman numerals and Arabic five minute divisions, with subsidiary seconds dial, inscribed 'Richard Reader Hull', feacit within cast spandrels, the arched door inlaid with a flower filled urn with shell cresting, enclosed by ormolu capped reeded quarter columns, the base inlaid with an urn in a satinwood banded panel, the whole outlined with satinwood stringing and with conch shell scroll and fan paterae detail, on shaped bracket feet, 8 day movement striking on a bell, dial 46cm, 248cm overall.
