Leather case green velvet within looks to be original with slight signs of wear as would be expected, leather hinge is a little perished and is split through at one end, leather corners are all a bit rubbed through, the leather surface is almost entirely lacking its polish, the loop to connect the pivoting hook is missing to the top of the box
