A circa 1900 French porcelain low comport of ribbed circular form, the central ground decorated with nude maiden with attendant cherubs upon a mythical seascape, all within a jewelled and embossed gilded border, the whole raised on ribbed circular foot, bears underglaze blue interlaced elves mark verso, diameter 22cm.
