Mid-20th Century Fox Hunting Glassware Set A vintage mid-20th century glassware set comprising one clear glass pitcher and six matching tumblers. The set features hand-painted fox hunting scenes, depicting a rider in a traditional red hunting coat on a brown horse jumping over a wooden fence, accompanied by hounds and a rural backdrop of trees and foliage in earthy tones. The pitcher has a cylindrical shape, tapering towards the base, with a rounded spout, a looped glass handle, and a gold band decorating the rim. It measures approximately 15 cm in height. The tumblers, uniform in size at an estimated 10-12 cm tall, replicate the same hunting motif and have gilded rims, consistent with the pitcher. This glassware set reflects British sporting traditions and the decorative craft styles popular from the 1940s–1960s. The hand-painted enamel scenes and gold detailing indicate attention to detail, though no visible maker's mark is present.
