A Meissen figure of Avvocato or a Masquerader, c.1745, modelled by J. J. Kandler, the figure wearing a pink gown, white mask and black tricorn hat, underglaze blue mark, 16.5cm high Discoloured restoration around his neck and collar at the back and right-hand shoulder, to his right arm and the billowing sleeve to his left hand and around his waist, the whole of the back of his cloak down to the bottom of the base, most of the flower shaped ribbons and the cresting on his hat appeared to be restored as well as is the edge of his tricorn hat, there is a separate restored piece for the watch and ribbon in his hand which is now detached.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. Inman, 1891', H16.5cm, and a lidded pot modelled as a tree trunk, having twin handles and marked 'Alfred Leers, Bolton 1896', H17cm Condition Report: Inman pot has a big chip to the rim of the hat and loss to the decoration on the cover. The other has loss the the cover handle and to a part of the applied body decoration with some loss to the yellow glaze. Please see photos for more details
