An 18th century mahogany longcase clock with stepped moulded cornice, the arched frieze inlaid with floral oval paterae on brass capped column supports, the arched dial painted with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and calendar aperture within floral spandrels and inscribed 'Thos. Brownbill, Leeds', the spire top moulded rectangular door outlined with boxwood stringing with fan corner paterae, the canted angles outlined with satinwood banding, the stepped curl veneer base with a chequer inlaid shield shaped medallion enclosed by boxwood stringing with fan paterae angles, shaped apron and outlined bracket feet, 8 day movement striking on a bell, dial 47cm high, 215cm high.
