Nelson", approx. 15.5cm high, and the other of a man in fez hat, approx. 15cm high. (4) Condition: older gentleman barrel shaped example with restoration and damage; man in fez hat and HMS Nelson examples with damage to lids, chips and nibbles; all with loss to paint, wear commensurate with age.

A collection of novelty early to mid 20th century items to include; a Golly money box; a tobacco jar modelled as a head with removable cover; a babies doll's head; another head with hollow inside area and a painted cast iron smaller female figure, (5) soem with paint loss and wear. Two Cambodian silver betel nut boxes, modelled as a turtle and an elephant, the turtle with cross-hatched carapace, the elephant with long tusks and trunk raised, a Chinese white metal hexagonal small box with hinged lid, repoussé decorated with dragon, phoenix and other creatures and symbols, and two Peruvian silver ash trays, each inset with a five peso piece dated 1889 and 1916. (5) £140-£160 --- Betel nut boxes were used to store the areca nut (sometimes known as the betel nut) which would be wrapped in a betel leaf with lime paste and other ingredients, often tobacco, for chewing. Ashtrays: one slightly mis-shapen, 1889 peso with light wear, 1916 with a slightly more wear.
A 17TH CENTURY BRONZE TOBACCO BOX. With a deep geometric line design to the lid consisting of banded lines with arches, swirls and rectangles, opening to reveal a gilt interior, 7cm wide, 6cm deep, 20cm high. *CR Overall nice condition, the pin has moved a little but still snaps closed well, some corrosion bubbles to the base, an unusual well engineered piece.

A British 1916 dated 13 pdr 9 CWT shell case, with the ignitor removed, and a brass ring inserted to create a gong, bearing a nickel plated plate plaque, bearing the words Ypres Trooper NB Meek November 1916, together with another trench art 18 pdr shell from 1916, made into a gong, a pair of German 1917 dated 7.7cm shell cases, fluted into a goblet design, with engraved flowers, cut down 1917 18 pdr shell, engraved with thistles, a French 1915 dated 75mm shell case, turned into a tobacco jar, with matching tight fitting lid, and a small 1 pdr or 37mm shell case, cut down and with additions to create a trench art coal scuttle. Delft-style porcelain and wood tobacco pipe featuring a blue and white scenic transfer design. The porcelain bowl showcases a classic Dutch landscape, including a windmill and waterway, while the wooden stem is accented with a curved metal mouthpiece. A pair of Chinese snuff bottles featuring intricate metal overlay designs. One bottle is pink with a jadeite-colored stopper, detailed with applied metalwork of dragons and other symbolic motifs. The second bottle is green with a guardian lion finial, also adorned with ornate metal overlays. Both pieces showcase craftsmanship characteristic of antique Chinese snuff bottles, often used for storing powdered tobacco. Made in Kalamazoo Michigan USA, serial no. 408219, 107cm across. Comes with premium Gibson hard case Condition Report:Overall good condition. The finish is excellent with only minor scratches and marks. the pickguard is lifting and might be a replacement. There is a drilled out section from a previously installed strap button on the heel of the guitar. Low action, very easy to play.
