An Imari Wine Ewer, late 17th/early 18th century, entirely decorated in iron-red enamels and gilt on a green ground with sprays of meandering kiku, the cover similarly decorated, the loop handle painted with red tendril scrolls with moulded flower heads to either side, 16.5cm.; 6.5in.
