The box in the form of a horseshoe having repousse decoration to hinged lid and body dipicting Cherubs sailing, hunting, fishing and farming with parcel gilt interior. The box having import hallmark for London 1897 makers mark JS, with R crown mark to underside, possibly Dutch pseudo mark. Weight 60g. Measures 5.5cm.
