A traditional Chinese Shoushan Seal from c1947 Republic of China (ROC) period, hand-carved on a natural Shoushan "FuRong" stone. The seal features two exquisitely carved "Chi Long" dragons on top and bears the side inscriptions. Seal content: "Full Spring in Courtyard." Dimensions: W 4.5 cm x D 4.5 cm x H 8.5 cm. Weight 335g. Side Inscriptions: "This Seal was written (made) for Xiaozhu. May in Dinghai Year (1947) was recorded in Xiluojia Chamber". Seal content comes from the traditional Chinese Spring Festival Couplets: Right Scroll “Full Spring in Courtyard"; Left Scroll "Full Happiness at Home”; Top Scroll "Good Luck and Good Fortune".
