Jim Malone (born 1946), a studio pottery bowl, decorated with a white brushed glaze and floral sprigs, with impressed J M and L. Height 14 cm, diameter 24 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The bowl is in generally good order with no chips, no repairs and no restoration. There is one issue in that the glaze where the foot rim meets the bottom of the bowl has what looks like a hairline crack which runs 80% of the way around the base. This is glaze shrinkage rather than a crack to the actual pot itself. It is only really visible when looked at from the underside. There are no significant scratches to the interior of the bowl but again there are some glaze imperfections.
