A Collection of Assorted Silver and Tortoiseshell Dressing-Table Items, comprising a heart-shaped chamber-candlestick; two silver-mounted glass dressing-table jars; a silver box with pull-off cover and a nail buffer (5)The silver mounts of each piece marked with hallmarks as expected. There is some wear to the marks but in general each is legible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some minor bruises to some pieces. The nail buffer appears to be in generally good condition, though the wire which holds the material in appears to have slipped down.

Further part marked underneath and inside bottle covers. There is some minor wear to the marks but in general each is clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are numerous chips to the glass bottles.

Further details: candlestick edges slightly misshapen, wooden areas with some splits, marks, nibbles. Cut glass bottles have some nibbles, silver is tarnished, some misshapen and dented parts, hallmarks rubbed.
