A Victorian Silver Inkstand, by George Fox, London, 1874 oblong and on scroll-cast feet, the sides pierced with foliage scrolls below a shaped gadrooned rim, with two cut-glass bottles, each with a cast crest finial, with a further oblong compartment with taper candlestick-mounted detachable cover, with tapering extinguisher26.5cm wide, weighable silver 31oz 1dwt, 966grFully marked on side, one neck mount of each bottle,on cover nozzle and extinguisher. Further part marked underneath and inside bottle covers. There is some minor wear to the marks but in general each is clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are numerous chips to the glass bottles.

A quantity of pressed and cut glass including Royal Doulton cut glass jug, cut glass candlestick, 'Cristal D'arques' vase, pressed glass water set and an etched glass vase with rose and wheat design.

A pair of George V silver topped oak candle sticks of abstract stylised design, hallmarked by FJ Ross, London, 1920, each approx. 13cm high, along with three silver topped cut glass dressing table bottles, one London, one Birmingham hallmarked, other marks rubbed.
