SPIRIT FLASK. 10.5 ins tall, t.t, saltglaze, flattened round shouldered flask with handle to rear. Impressed to shoulder 'RICHARDSON/ LATE WATKINS/ WINE & SPIRIT MERCHANT/ 90 ST JOHN STREET/ SMITHFIELD BARS'. Unusual & rare large size. Very good.

REFORM FLASK. 8.5 ins tall, top half mid-brown saltglaze, lower tan with Queen Victoria moulded in relief both sides. Base chip, very good modelling.

HULL SLAB SEAL FLASK. 8.25 ins tall, grey/ green to mid-brown glaze, round shouldered with short neck, seal midway down reads 'GEO. EVANS/ 14 LOW GATE/ HULL'. Very good.

SLAB SEAL REFORM FLASK. 7.75 ins tall to top half modelled as Lord Brougham in shiny brown glaze, lower section in grey/ green glaze. Shaped seal reads 'C. JOHNSON/ WINE & SPIRIT VAULTS/ WATERSIDE/ LINCOLN', 'OLDFIELD & CO' impressed to rear. Believed to be the only recorded example! Good.

SLAB SEAL FLASK. 6.5 ins tall, grey/ green glaze, ribbed sloping shoulders with applied floral swags to both corners. Low body seal reads 'J. SALMANS/ PETERBOROUGH'. In-firing body crack midway down & to one side & base chip. Very rare.

REFORM FLASK STYLE FLASK. 10.75 ins tall, grey/ green glaze, double sided flask, ribbed top with applied bust of Queen Victoria to one side, Prince Albert to the other with 'W. COOPER/ GOOD RAMGATE/ YORK' impressed below. A large and very impressive item. Ex Frank Burgin Collection. Very good.

SLAB SEAL REFORM FLASK. 8.25 ins tall, mid-brown glaze, double sided flask, Queen Victoria to one side, Prince Albert to the other with slab seal below which reads 'WILLIAMSONS/ WINE & SPIRIT VAULTS/ BOLLINGTON'. Base chip. Previously unrecorded.
