A pickelhaube of infantry regiment Kaiser Wilhelm ( 2nd. grand ducal hessian) No. 116, model 1897, circa 1900-1914 for enlisted ranks, with leather skull retaining a smooth finish ( the lacquered surface of the peak and neck-guard roughened), inscribed with the regimental numerals and owner's name inside, nine-finger lining, detachable spike ( soldered repair at the neck and cruciform base), regulation brass mounts, original chinstrap, national and state cockades, and gilt-brass Hessian plate; and a pickelhaube of the 1st. Nassau Infantry Regiment No. 87, model 1897, dated 1900, for enlisted ranks, with leather skull, peak and neck-guard ( the lacquered surface age-cracked throughout), inscribed with the regimental numerals inside, nine-finger lining, full brass mounts ( peak border cracked), Prussian cockade, original chinstrap, and Prussian plate incorporating a Reservists' cross (2). 22.5 by 21cm., 8.875 by 8.25in
A finely constructed and very rare mail collar or standard, late 15th Century formed of riveted rings throughout, with heavy close-set rings forming a standing section at the top, the lower portion shaped for the shoulders, coming to a central point at the front and a single row of latten rings at the bottom, secured at the rear by a pair of hooks and eyes (perhaps later), and preserved in fine condition throughout (the lower right corner with very minor losses) A collar of very similar size and proportion is preseved in the Ducal Collection at Veste Coburg.

A Royal Crown Derby fluted teacup, saucer and plate, with a gilt crest and ducal coronet and painted with full blown pink cabbage roses in turquoise oeil de perdix borders, plate 20. 5cm diam, impressed and printed marks, pattern 8981, date code for 1912.
