Thomas Watson was established at The Gallery Saleroom in Darlington in 1840. People have been depending upon our expert auctioneers and valuers for more than 180 years.

We are the oldest and most respected auction house in the North East of England and have a reputation that has been built diligently across centuries.

People from all over the North East of England come to our historic premises to enlist our services. We primarily assist in the auction and valuation of their cherished antiques, fine art, jewellery, collectables and quality furnishings.
