A Regency oak cottage longcase clock, early 19th century, the arched hood and glazed door flanked by two brass capped pilasters enclosing a 12" white painted enamel dial marked I. Bright with roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture painted with flowers to the corners and a rose spray in the arch, 8 day movement striking on a bell, with glazed side windows above an arched top trunk door, concave moulding and plain baseboard and plinth, restorations, 81" high
