An oak cottage longcase clock, 18th century, the ogive cornice above a square glazed door flanked by turned pilasters and enclosing a 12.5" square brass dial with roman numerals, date aperture, subsidiary seconds dial and matted centre marked Bullock, Ellesmere, cherub mask spandrels, eight day movement striking on a bell above a rectangular trunk door revealing a paper label inscribed 'John Lloyd no 20 anno 1768' over an ogive moulding and base board raised on a plinth, distressed, the door a conversion from a rising hood, 77" high
