COUPELLE EN PORCELAINE BLEU BLANC Époque Kangxi (1662-1722) A BLUE AND WHITE 'PRUNUS AND CRACKED ICE' PATTERN SAUCER DISH Kangxi period (1662-1722) Painted to the interior and exterior with prunus blooms scattered over a cracked-ice ground, the base with an apocryphal Wanli six-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle. 15.5 cm (6 1/8 in) diam. Footnotes: 清康熙 青花冰梅紋盤 Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Montague John Guest (1839-1909) (according to label). Acquired from Georg L. Hartl Antike Asiatika, Munich, 1 March 1980. 27% from €40,001 to €800,000 the Hammer Price
21% from €800,001 to €4,500,000 the Hammer Price
14.5% on the excess over €4,500,000 of the Hammer Price
