An Wenford Bridge Pottery large oval dish by Ara Cardew (b.1962), decorated with dragon flies. Wenford Bridge and 'AC' impressed marks. 36.5 cm wide. Very good condition.The dish is slab-built and has usual handmade appearance. There is the usual fine craquelure to the glaze, evident to the back, commensurate with age and as expected. See images.
