A Bechstein Model B ebonised grand piano no. 77596, on square section tapering legs, brass terminals, casters, approximately 192cm; together with matching height adjustable rectangular stool (2) Prov: Purchased from Jacques Samuel Pianos, Bechstein House, London 2003 and sold with copy of invoiceIvory registration submission reference number WY7786PV The top has several scratches and a somewhat blistered/pitted finish, and there is a 'bloom' to the curved side of the case. There are some scratches to the lacquered finish of the iron frame. The wooden bearer underneath is stamped with the number 26973. The piano plays but requires tuning, and a couple of the keys get stuck in the down position. * please note that this condition report is provided on the basis of a cursory inspection; we are not piano specialists, and do not guarantee the piano to be in sound working order or in good condition.
