A Tascam MS-16 16-track 15 IPS professional 1" reel to reel tape recorder, serial no. 590002, mounted on a Dennard rolling rack. Together with a Tascam VU metering unit and B.E.L. Electronics BC-3-16T 16-track noise reduction unit, mounted in 19" rack, and a Tascam AQ-65 Auto Locator on CS-64 roll-around stand.Also included are an unused Webber tape recorder alignment tape, two 16 way 1/4" jack to phono plug cables, two empty 1" x 10.5" reels, original Tascam packing boxes and manual and a Thatched Cottage Recording Course manual.The Tascam equipment was purchased by the vendor in 1993 from the University Of East Anglia (UEA) sound lab, who had used it since 1990. The BEL unit was purchased, second-hand, from another source at the same time.All items then had light home use by the vendor 1993-2000.
VINTAGE HARDY SPLIT BAMBOO FLY ROD, 'The Halford' (1912 model)The Hardy 'The Halford' is a split bamboo Palakona, 3 section fly rod made by Hardy's of Alnwick. Serial number: A96989 which dates it 1915. with Patent adjustable "screw grip" with fixed housing reel fitting (PAT. No. 14137), original cork handle (A/F). 9 1/2' long and comes with an old canvas bag (A/F). The rod has the black inscription spiraling around the shaft 'The 'Halford', 'Palakona' and 'Regd Trade Mark'.
