A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'HUNTING' PUNCH BOWL Qianlong, Circa 1770, the exterior decorated with bright enamels and gilt, in the Mandarin palette with two shaped panels, depicting huntsmen and a pack of hounds, with distant buildings and foxes leaping into a tree, with hounds in full pursuit, all on a Y patterned ground and further panels of birds and foliage, the interior with a roundel depicting a huntsman on foot with two dogs approaching a pheasant amongst foliage, all beneath an elaborate border under the rim, three hairline cracks and one small star crack, 30cm diameter.

A Chinese export porcelain circular tureen and cover, the two handled fluted bulbous bowl and domed and pierced cover painted in famille rose enamels with loose ribbon tied bouquets and scattered flowers in iron red and gilt diaper borders, with panels of single puce flowers and scrolls at intervals, the finial of five red and gilt chrysanthemums set on a cluster of green and lime green leaves, 25cm h, Qianlong. Tureen - minor fritting of the glaze in places. Cover - minute chip to the tip of one of the five leaves, slight wear to the finial, small flat rim chip, slight glaze scratches on the widest part of the dome on the interior a star crack which does not penetrate to the exterior. No serious faults, nor is there any restoration 2000-3000
A pair of Chinese export porcelain famille rose vases, in the Mandarin pattern of rectangular section with flared neck and brilliantly enamelled to each side with scenes framed by gilt bats on a ground of minute black diaper with iron red vignettes revealed by a drapery with green tassels, the sides with puce flowers and gilt fret handles, the flared foot with a border of red star diaper, 28cm h, Qianlong. Old restoration to one handle of both vases and very slight wear to the gilding on the angles. Attractive examples and very decorative in overall acceptable condition without any professional restoration (See lots 554 & 557 for illustration).
