There is one small possible chip on part of the neckline at the front, but only visible on close examination.

A pair of Royal Doulton figures, 'A Picardy Peasant', designed by Phoebe Stabler, one male and one female, HN13 and HN4 respectively, 24 cm high, painted and printed marks to bases.Qty: 2Glaze frits to the top of the hats on both figures, but no chips, cracks or repair. Crazing visible on both (on close inspection), and some areas of dirt in crevices, that could be cleaned with the right care.

Catalogue notes Harold and Phoebe Stabler were often assisted by S Kato who was a Japanese enamel worker.
