Exquisite Wedgwood lustreware tray featuring the Nizami pattern, a rare and highly collectible design. The central scene showcases a Persian miniature-inspired composition depicting a noble figure on horseback with attendants, surrounded by vivid hues of orange, purple, and green, with finely detailed gilded accents. The deep cobalt and emerald border is framed with elaborate geometric patterns in gold. This striking example of Wedgwood's lustreware artistry is attributed to the early 20th century and reflects the influence of Persian and Middle Eastern decorative arts. Supported by three elegantly curved feet, the tray has a unique elevated stance that enhances its visual appeal.
