A group of various mixed collectables comprising a small three piece bachelor's silver plated tea set, height of teapot 15cm, with wicker handle, an oak cased metronome by Paquet, a naked lady brass bottle opener, various mixed, mostly UK, coinage including some silver examples, and a cased silver plated brush and comb set (7).
Two conductor's batons and a metronome. The first by Callow and Sons, carved to appear as bamboo, with a silver handle hallmarked for London 1862. Length 35cm. The second of ebonised wood with silver mounts hallmarked for London 1925. Length 47cm. Both in silk and velvet lined leather cases. The metronome by Maezel of Germany, in oak case, with bell function and stamped internally 1964. By repute the batons were the property of Charles Boxall and the metronome was the property of his son Robert Boxall. (3)

Charles Ringer (American, b. 1948). A large kinetic metal sculpture depicting a metronome-like mechanism with several concentric triangular shapes and a pointed arm on either side, 1979. When the pointed arms that flank either side of the concentric geometric center are set in motion, each component of the sculpture sways back and forth. Signed and dated along the metal base. With a diamond-shaped wooden platform.(Not incl stand) Height: 45 1/2 in x width: 26 in x depth: 10 1/4 in. Weight: 71 lb.Condition: There are no major dents, bends, or breaks. Scuffs along the edges in several places. Some areas of oxidization along high points of wear. Dust collected in recessed areas throughout. Light wear to the wooden base.
