23 WW2 RAF Prisoners Of War and 17 Bomber Command Veterans signed book Into The Dark by Janet Hughes and Reginald Wilson. Hardback book with dust cover published 2015, both in very good condition. A Bomber Command story of combat and survival, discovery and remembrance. An uplifting biography tracing the extraordinary course of events that lead Reg to make two important vows. One of these made during the London Blitz was to join the RAF and fight to defend his country. The second was to solve an intriguing mystery many years later - a quest to discover the fate of the aircraft he was shot down in, and became a POW. This copy comes with the following signatures of 42 WW2 RAF veterans - a matted bookplate with signatures of 23 RAF Prisoners of War, and a further 17 signatures of Bomber Command Veterans, signed on the title page.
