Registration No: LGE 421 Chassis No: TD29132 MOT: ExemptFinished attractively in Black complemented to a Cream interiorFitted with Silver wire wheels and rear luggage rackGood paperwork file of manuals, old MOTs and receiptsSupplied with a continuation VE60 and a current V5CAlthough, instantly recognisable as a T-series model thanks to its perpendicular radiator shell, flowing wings and rear-mounted spare wheel, the TD broke important new ground for the Abingdon marque. The first MG sportscar to feature either independent double-wishbone front suspension or rack and pinion steering, the newcomer also boasted a hypoid-bevel back axle, hidden scuttle reinforcement hoop (save for the first few cars) and twin leading-shoe front brakes. Powered by the proven 1250cc XPAG engine allied to four-speed manual transmission, it was reputedly capable of 82mph and 26mpg. Riding on fifteen-inch steel wheels as standard, although this example is fitted with the optional wire wheels, the TD also sported a mirror-image dashboard (thus facilitating either LHD or RHD production) and chrome-plated bumpers. A great success story, the vast majority of the 29,665 cars produced were sold overseas.Finished attractively in Black complemented to a Cream interior, 'LGE 421' was purchased by the vendor 14 years ago and enjoyed by him for attending vintage shows and rallies, he is now reluctantly having let it go due to ill health. The MG appears to have spent a lot of its life in the Lake District and is thought to have been on display in a car showroom in Barrow In Furness for many years. The green VE60 continuation logbook issued in 1970 and included in the sale, shows its date of first registration as the 16th July 1953 on 'LGE 421' with engine number 29577, but at some point it has been fitted with a 'BMC Replacement Engine' numbered D01018 according to the plate riveted onto the cases. It is not known when this change occurred, but the V5C shows this new number. The MG has not had much use in the last couple of years, it started and ran whilst being photographed but will need recommissioning before use. Fitted with wire wheels, rear luggage rack and full weather equipment, the soft-top looks to be in good condition and goes up and down freely. There is a paperwork file including 19 old MOTs dating from 1995, a few receipts, a driver's handbook and a lubrication chart, as well as the VE60 and V5C registration documents. Registration No: KVN 335 Chassis No: TF4373 MOT: July 2025Registered on Mille Miglia Registro with FIVA Identity CardAccepted on to the 2024 Mille MigliaDesirable home market and original right-hand drive example in its original colour schemeSupplied with a comprehensive restoration to an excellent standard in 1984Last of the MG T-series line, the TF was introduced in October 1953. Although mechanically near identical to its TD predecessor, the provision of a raked radiator, revised wing line and faired-in headlamps lent it an altogether sleeker and sportier air. Powered by a revised version of the well-proven, four-cylinder XPAG engine but this time using larger valves, a higher compression ratio and twin SU 1.5in carburettors, the new model was reputedly capable of over 80mph. Equipped with both rack-and-pinion steering and independent coil-and-wishbone front suspension, it helped maintain the marque's 'Safety Fast' reputation. Around 6,200 TF1250s were made, followed by 3,400 1500s.Despatched new on the 30th March 1954, chassis ‘TF4373’ is a desirable original right-hand drive, home market example which is pleasingly presented in its original colour scheme of Red paintwork with Red interior upholstery. Treated to a restoration to concours standard in 1984 by Hartwells Garages Ltd of Oxfordshire to showcase the skills of their apprentices, it was then sold to a local gentleman who owned the TF for the next 22 years. Provided with a full engine overhaul by specialists Brown & Gammons (costing over £2,300) in 2001, this included the cylinder head being converted to run unleaded fuel. A stainless-steel exhaust system was also fitted in the same year, along with much further improvement.Entrusted to MG specialist Peter Edney in 2006 for a five-speed gearbox conversion, ‘KVN 335’ also received an overhaul of the carburettors; new water pump; new rear springs; new wheel bearings; new fuel pipes and water hoses; and cosmetic refresh to the sum of c.£5,600 at this time. In long-term (17-year) previous ownership the MG was lightly used covering 4,660 miles during this time. Purchased by the vendor to use on the Mille Miglia, the vendor completed the registration process and therefore the TF is on the Registro and is the only UK-based MG TF currently on the register. Accepted into the 2024 Mille Miglia, it was placed on the Waiting List but did not compete and would need converting back to the four-speed gearbox to compete.Offered now with a history file that includes the BMIHT Heritage Certificate, invoice for Mille Miglia Registro payment, FIVA Identity Card, operation manual, large collection of invoices, and current V5C document. Riding on a set of chrome wire wheels shod with a matching set of Firestone tyres with plenty of tread, the TF also features a chrome luggage rack, wood rim MotaLita steering wheel, tool roll and Black hood, tonneau cover and sidescreens. Starting readily and running well during the recent photography session, the MG boasts possession of a 'no advisory' MOT certificate until July 2025. Ready for its new owner to use, whether for use on British roads or as a great option for the new owner to compete in the prestigious Mille Miglia event. Registration No: 551 XWD Chassis No: A1210428501142 MOT: July 2025Subject to a thorough brake overhaul, new battery, replacement engine mounts and fresh bushes earlier this yearOffered with a collection of invoices and current V5C documentSubject to a repaint in Ivory plus an engine overhaul as part of a major refurbishment in c.2005Current ownership since 2018The 190SL was introduced in 1955 – the year Mercedes swept all before it on the Mille Miglia with the 300SLR. Indeed, the graceful, new two-door, convertible grand tourer was sold alongside the road-going version of the SLR – the 300SL - whose styling it strongly resembled. In fact, the underpinnings of the two cars were quite different and, while the 300SL had a purpose-built tubular spaceframe (W198), its smaller sibling was built on a shortened version of the ‘Ponton’ saloon (W121) platform, which was of monocoque construction. The 190SL also boasted an all-new engine - an over-square SOHC straight-four unit of 1897cc that produced some 120bhp, which was sufficient to propel the car to a maximum speed of 112mph. The engine was coupled to a manual four-speed gearbox. The suspension comprised double wishbones and coil springs at the front and a coil-sprung swing axle at the rear. Steering was by recirculating ball and braking by power-assisted drums all round. Built to the highest standards and among the quickest comparable cars of the time, the 190SL featured a well-appointed cockpit, notable comfort for its occupants and relatively generous luggage space. The 190SL continued in production until 1963, when both it and the 300SL were replaced by the 230SL (W113). By this time 25,881 190SLs had been produced. Factory finished in the rare and attractive hue of Ivory (DB608), this particular example was one of just 2,722 190SLs completed during the 1958 model year. Thought to have begun life in Europe - if only because of its KPH speedometer (and other metric instruments) - the two-seater subsequently migrated to the USA. Acquired by its penultimate American keeper in 1994, the Mercedes-Benz emerged from an extensive refurbishment eleven years later. As well as a bodywork restoration and repaint, the work encompassed an engine overhaul, interior re-trim and a soft-top and sundry re-chroming. The gauges were renovated, the brake servo / water pump / shock absorbers replaced and the wheel bearings repacked etc. A popular upgrade, the original Solex carburettors were removed in favour of Mikuni units (which deliver more power as well as easier starting and smoother running). Resident in Maine between 2015 and August 2018 when it entered the current ownership, the 190SL journeyed across the Atlantic that same year. Kept in climate-controlled storage since arriving on these shores and road registered with the DVLA as ‘551 XWD’, the two-seater was entrusted to Southern Classics of Twickenham some four/five months ago where it was treated to a thorough brake system overhaul, replacement propshaft coupling, alternator mounting kit, new engine mounts (x4) and fresh anti-roll bar bushes (x8) plus a new chrome starter button at a cost of £5,813.06. Believed to retain its original carpets, the vendor has also ordered a new 14-pc set to be included in the sale (or post-sale depending on production time and shipping). Passing an MOT test on July 2nd 2024 with ‘no advisories’, the 190SL has barely been driven since. Indeed, it has covered minimal miles in the 19 years since the big 2005 renovations. Still presenting well as an older restoration and seemingly ready to be enjoyed by a new owner, ‘551 XWD’ is offered for sale with V5C Registration Document and sundry paperwork. The vendor informs us plans for romantic weekend country lane jaunts and pub lunch stops, have for the past few years given way to children immersed in weekend sport and with time needing to be spent with other classic cars he has, so, with a heavy heart, it is now offered to market for someone else who will have the time to use, enjoy and share such an example of a beautiful Mercedes marque. Registration - V8 URJChassis No. - ZAMBC38C000010481M.O.T. - September 2025Odometer - 78,218‘V8 URJ’s’ muscular Giorgetto Giugiaro designed bodywork looks fantastic in its Grigio Nuvolari livery. A true four-seater Italian thoroughbred GT, ‘V8 URJ’ is offered here in fine order and under the stewardship of its fifth owner. With 78,218 miles covered to date, ‘V8 URJ’ is a rare car being one of just 265 right hand drive models ever built. Acquired by the current keeper in September 2021 and having covered only around 3,000 miles in this ownership. It has enjoyed an oil and filter change each subsequent year during this ownership. Benefitting from a comprehensive service history and a generous accompanying archive of paperwork, ‘V8 URJ’ comes with its original tool kit, manuals and long MOT valid until September 2025.The heart of ‘V8 URJ’ is surely its F136 R V8 version of the mighty Ferrari / Maserati engine. As powerful as it is good looking, this unit was originally rated at 385 bhp at a sonorous 7,000 rpm.’V8 URJ’ comes with the purists’ choice of traditional six-speed manual gearbox and its accompanying three pedals. This combination would have originally gifted ‘V8 URJ’ a 170mph plus top speed and a 0-60mph time of under five seconds. The admired Skyhook adaptive damping system was cutting edge for 2003 and endows a 4200GT with admirable road dynamics. The sporting cabin of ‘V8 URJ’ is no less impressive and finished in cream leather with caramel coloured piping. There is plenty of Italianate detailing in here, from the elliptical clock to the embossed trident motifs on the headrests of the high backed sports seats. The rear seats are surprisingly commodious and actually useable despite the swooping coupe bodywork. The condition throughout appears excellent and commensurate with a considerate, even pampered ownership history. With the dynamic prowess of the Ferrari derived V8 howler of an engine and an impressive combination of poise and comfort afforded by the Skyhook system, the 4200GT quickly became a well respected alternative to the usual suspects of 911 or XK8. Importantly the 4200GT offers the benefit of being significantly more commodious than either for both people and luggage. A great value modern classic GT hero car, surely. In summary:Looking highly desirable thanks to accomplished styling and an appealing liveryOffering a full service history and ample accompanying paperworkA rare, Ferrari engine GT with room for four and their weekend luggage
Registration - A465 NRJChassis No. - WP0ZZZ92ZEN403758M.O.T. - February 2025Odometer - 105,000‘A465NRJ’ presents cleanly in crisp Alpine White with a deeply contrasting cabin in brown and white pinstriped velour, or "Nadelstreifen." ‘A465NRJ’ offers an unusually compact and straightforward provenance for a 40 year old car. Just three keepers to date, all friends, and a sensible 105,000 miles covered. The LUX specification offers a nice level of appointment including large, removeable sunroof, electric windows and mirrors and 911 style three spoke steering wheel. The level of originality appears excellent with the often missing sunroof bag and rear luggage roller cover both present. Offered with NO RESERVE and on the cusp of MOT exemption and zero rated road tax status, ‘A465NRJ’ offers a surprisingly practical and useable package.Although you could argue that the 928 was designed first, the 924 was the first Porsche to bring a host watershed features to market. These include the front engine configuration and water cooled power. ‘A465NRJ’ appears to be a fine exemplar of this mould breaking Porsche with designer Harm Lagaay’s sleek, coupe body appearing surprisingly fresh and modern. ‘A465NRJ’ seems to have aged very well, too. There is no sign of common 924 weaknesses here, such as a cracked dashboard top or rips at the junction of the velour and vinyl of the seats. The Audi derived 2-litre engine and associated mechanicals are reportedly well cared for, too. The timing belt was changed at 102,448 miles and new head bolts and gasket set were also fitted at a cost of around £1,400. The original book pack is present, and the service book contains four service stamps. There are also plenty of supporting invoices and bills on hand further documenting ‘A465NRJ’s’ diligent stewardship. Not only does ‘A465NRJ’ hold an advisory free MOT until April 2025, but it offers an exemplary MOT history. Of the 19 MOTs on the DVLA’s portal, just one shows any advisory items and that was for tyres. In summary:A low owner, sensible mileage example of the practical and enjoyable 924Impressively original and boasting an impressive overall conditionA current advisory free MOT and a highly impressive MOT history

Offered with NO RESERVE, ‘Q580 BRB’ has been regularly serviced in its current ownership and has been MOT’d annually since 2015. The current MOT is valid until June 2025. Offered today with full sets of keys and a bulging A4 file of provenance providing paperwork, ‘Q580 BRB’ offers a great value alternative to some other, better known Lotus Seven style offerings.‘Q580 BRB’ presents in gleaming metallic blue paintwork punctuated with accents of deep chrome and polished alloy protective panels to the leading face of the wide rear wheel arches. The brightly polished, side mounted exhaust pipe, thick tubular rollover hoop and big chrome backed headlamps combine to emphasise the sports orientated nature of this rare beast. A pristine looking set of 15-inch, Wolfrace Eurosport, seven-spoke alloy wheels are fitted, shod with a set of quality tyres. The external condition looks hard to fault. The cabin is the sort of snug and minimal environment that you might expect for such a performance focused machine. The black padded dashboard fascia is awash with gauges and switches. A Tiger speedometer and fuel gauge are accompanied by a quality set of four VDO items. A deeply dished steering wheel is present with an Alcantara finished rim and an anodised gold boss. The footwells are finished with chequer plate and a racing fire extinguisher is fitted. Registration - CMA 440NChassis No. - XLU1.19701AM.O.T. - ExemptOdometer - 91,000Characterful in khaki, this example of Morris’ Mini Pick-up has had just one owner from new and has been subject of an extensive restoration. Powered by Mini’s 1.0-litre four-cylinder engine from the period, ‘CMS 440N’ is driven through a four-speed manual transmission. The exterior’s green bodywork extends into the load bed, as well as the cabin’s exposed panels, with matching green piping along the edge of the black vinyl seats. The two-seat interior retains its original features, with the classic, clean design that characterises Minis from the time. With a single registered owner from new, ‘CMS 440N’ has been in the same hands for almost 50 years, used as a commercial vehicle to deliver bikes and scooters for a company based in Cheshire. It became part of a deceased estate, and was bought by a classic vehicle enthusiast on the Isle of Man, where it was recommissioned. Work carried out includes an engine rebuild, new fuel tank and lines, new suspension, and paintwork, with new carpets and reupholstered seats in the cabin. Offered for sale by the current owner, who came across the pick-up on the island thanks to family living there, this Mini has retained its original V5C, with the details of the motorcycle company that initially bought it. Showing an indicated 91,000 miles on the clock, the vendor describes all areas of the pick-up as in ‘good’ condition, covering the engine, transmission, electrics, interior, bodywork, and paint, and warns that the paintwork could be completed to a higher standard, and that there is a small leak from the water pump when hot. Otherwise, ‘CMS 440N’ is a wonderful example of a practical Mini, that would benefit from gradual work, but not much, and is ready to go without any further attention. One registered owner from newRecently recommissionedCompact yet practical Mini Pick-upAlec Issigonis’ radical small car was in production for more than 40 years, and offered in a variety of shapes and styles. Apart from the constraint of using existing BMC mechanical assemblies, and a brief to house four adults plus their luggage within as small a space as possible, the brilliant Issigonis was given carte blanche. His response was the now legendary Mini. The Pick-up was offered from 1961, based on the longer-wheelbase of the Mini Van. It was offered as a simple commercial vehicle, and was produced until 1983, with more than 58,000 units built.
The W110 'Fintail' was a line of midsize cars developed by Mercedes-Benz in the mid-1960s. They were introduced with the 190c and 190Dc saloon in April 1961, replacing the W120 180c/180Dc and W121 190b/190Db and was the first series of Mercedes-Benz cars to be extensively crash tested for occupant safety. The body was derived from the W111 series but with a 145mm shorter nose and rounded headlights, although the rear end was identical to the W111 220b. The interior layout and dimensions were also identical to the W111 220b but with fewer options such as fixed back seats and bakelite trim on the dashboard. Because the 190c and 190Dc models were basically a W111 220b with a shorter front, they offered the same interior and luggage space as the W111 series but with smaller and more fuel efficient engines. We are delighted to present this 1965 first series (1961–1965), Mercedes-Benz 190c Heckflosse, or Fintail as it is commonly known. The prominent white coachwork, with its elegant fins and curvaceous bonnet is in very good order and is complemented by the contrasting red M-B Tex interior, noted for its comfort, space and vertically designed odometer. In the rear, the occupants also benefit from the additional seat belts; an important safety factor today. We are told the car pulls well with gear changes transmitted through the automatic gearbox and the brakes, with discs at the front and drums at the rear, perform well. This right hand drive example was first registered in Copthorne, Sussex on 6th April 1965, to a Mr Herbert Victor White as noted on the original logbook. The accompanying history file includes records of works totalling in the region of £7,500 in 2017, the original green log book, old MoT test certificates, a current MoT test certificate valid until October 2025, a UK V5 registration document, letters of correspondence and a copy of an article featuring this 190c in Classic Mercedes Magazine. These classic Mercedes-Benz motor cars are now being recognised in a market where it is becoming ever more difficult to find good examples of the marque at reasonable prices. With comfort and space, especially in view of the enormous boot space, commanding grille and acres of brightwork, we are sure that this Fintail will find a lucky new owner to enjoy the classic Mercedes-Benz experience and ideal for Goodwood (picnic hamper not included). 6.3 litre naturally aspirated V12The world’s fastest four-seater car in 2011The FF, a GT car that was produced by Ferrari from 2011 to 2016, a successor to the 612 Scaglietti, the FF whose name is an acronym for "Ferrari Four" is a three-door shooting brake. Development of the FF began in 2007, and it debuted at the Geneva International Motor Show in March 2011; production started in the same month in Maranello, Italy. Designed under the direction of Lowie Vermeersch and Flavio Manzoni, the FF shares parts, mainly the engine, with the F12 Berlinetta a coupé that was introduced one year after the FF. Upon its release, the FF became the world's fastest four-seater car and Ferrari's second-fastest grand tourer after the 599 GTO. The FF features a 6.3 L V12 engine that produces a power output of 651 hp and a torque output of 504 lb ft, sufficient to give the car a maximum speed of 208 mph and a 0 to 62 mph acceleration of 3.7 seconds. Its transmission is a seven-speed dual-clutch. The FF has received positive reviews from critics, who appreciate its design but criticised its steep price. The recipient of numerous awards, including Top Gear's Estate Car of the Year in 2011, the FF was succeeded by the GTC4 Lusso in 2016.This fabulous four-seat Gran Tourer was first registered 20th January 2012 and is presented in black with cream leather trim. Boasting full carbon driving zone including the must have Carbon Fibre Steering wheel with Race Lights, usual Ferrari refinements including factory fitted rear screens. In 2023/2024 this example was subject to a category S insurance Loss, this has been professionally repaired and looks stunning today. With a comprehensive service history these V12 Ferraris look as good standing still as they do travelling at 200 mph, space for luggage, four passengers and possibly the best culmination of the modern Ferrari dynamics with that epic V12 engine.
