The central ovoid bevelled glass plate framed in a mirrored surround divided by carved rosettes; the two either side issuing pendant reeded chains enriched with carved paterae above three upswept ropetwist terminals bearing candle cups, and flanking a small demilune shelf on a flared acanthus leaf bracket. The tongue & dart moulded broken arch pediment centred by a ribbon bow suspending a gesso work floral garland parted into two and swept up at each side to loop through fine foliated volutes, 52 ins x 31 ins (132 cms x 79 cms).
