Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) used a sword to cut a rope bridge while escaping from Mola Ram (Amrish Puri) and his Thuggee guards. Housed in two wooden boxes, this electrical rig was used by the movie's mechanical effects supervisor George Gibbs to blow the bridge's four steel cables.The smaller box contains a demolition test set that includes a galvanometer, a pair of wires, several dials and an instruction sheet. The larger box contains five metal electrical releases and one metal catch. The metal components exhibit rusting, and the leather handle of the smaller box is detached at one end.
