An Aynsley 'Orchard Gold' fruit painted part tea and coffee service - green printed factory marks, with designs by D. Jones and H. Brunt, comprising a cream jug, a sugar bowl, six tea cups and saucers, seven coffee cups and saucers and six tea plates; together with a similar Aynsley tea cup and saucer painted to the exterior in mid-green; and two similarly decorated Aynsley tea plates. A 12-place George V silver cutlery service - Josiah Williams & Co, London 1922, (hallmarked silver 4031g), presented to Rear-Admiral Alfred J.L. Phillips, of sinking of the Bismark fame, on the occasion of his marriage in 1922, the fork and spoon handles engraved with the Phillips crest, a leopard sejant holding a trefoil in its mouth, and the escutcheon of the canteen engraved 'A.J.L. Phillips - Royal Navy', the dinner and dessert knives with ivory handles and steel blades marked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Ltd. (ivory registration 8JE3ZVY1) The canteen of 105 pieces comprises: 12 x dinner knives and forks 12 x dessert knives, forks and spoons (one dessert knife matched (Mappin & Webb)) 12 x tablespoons 12 x teaspoons (1 matched, London) and 6 x coffee spoons (4 matched, (2 Sheffield and 2 London)) 4 x mustard spoons and 2 x sauce ladles 1 x basting spoon and 1 x soup ladle 2 sets of carving knives and forks, and one iron. 1 x sugar-sifter spoon (Brook & Son, Edinburgh 1929) 1 x sugar tongs (London 1897)
