A MID 19TH-CENTURY CONTINENTAL (POSSIBLY RUSSIAN) COMBINED PURSE AND CIGAR CASE, silver-plated with floral strapwork engraved decoration, the front having an inset oval vignette of a Rhenish view, perhaps the Drachenfels, on a mother of pearl ground, under glass, the blue moire silk interior having pockets gilt-tooled "ARGENT DIVERS" and "BILLETS DE BANQUE" for various silver and banknotes, marked 186
