As an assistant to Henry Moore in the 1940s, Meadows turned to animal forms in his sculpture to avoid being compared to his teacher, and other reliefs evoke his popular subjects of birds and crabs. A series of these reliefs 'Four Small Reliefs on Cock Theme, 1952' is now in the collection of Birkenhead Art Gallery. These works were made following Meadows inclusion in the Venice Biennale in 1952, alongside Geoffrey Clarke, Lynn Chadwick and Kenneth Armitage.

The architect Herbert P. Horne and artist & writer Selwyn Image were co-editors, but many other artists were involved with the group. In 1884 they started The Century Guild Hobby Horse, concentrating on the visual arts but also including literature and social issues. The first issue was published in April 1884, with no others until 1886 when they started again with volume number 1. In 1893 it was renamed The Hobby Horse but only lasted for a further three issues until it ended in 1894.Printed on handmade paper, and illustrated with woodcuts, lithographs and photogravure reproductions, the typography and design was by Emery Walker and printed at the Chiswick Press. Contributors included Burne-Jones, William and May Morris, John Ruskin, Oscar Wilde, Simeon Solomon, Heywood Sumner, Ernest Ricketts, Ford Madox Brown, Laurence Binyon, Lionel Johnson, Christina Rossetti, William Michael Rossetti, and Wilfrid Scawen Blunt. The Century Guild influenced many members of the Arts and Crafts movement including C.F.A.Voysey and Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

An affiliated shop of the same name was situated in the Worlds End area of Chelsea, London. His magazine covered everything from pop culture to the Vietman and Biafra Wars and provided an alternative to the publications and school magazines of the day, Cyclops, billing The First English Adult Comic Paper) issue No. 1, July, 1970, first issue of four published by Innocence and Experience (Publishers) Ltd., London, comic-strip broadsheet format, folded in half as issued, priced 3/-, illustrated throughout, edited by Graham Keen, contributors include, Edward Vaughn Bode, Martin Sharp, William Burroughs, Malcolm McNeil, Bernard Power Canavan, Ray Lowry, Larry Lewis, and others, 20 pages, 30 x 47cm.Cyclops was published by former International Times art editor, Graham Keen, who worked with Matt Hoffman, an American handling advertising and distribution. When the magazine was raided by police in 1969 for publishing a gay lonely-hearts section, Graham and three other directors were sent for trial in 1970 and found guilty of conspiracy to corrupt public morals and issued with a £2,000 fine. The other publications with light wear to covers, otherwise internally clean and overall good conditions.

A collection of miniature porcelain and pottery items to include a Royal Doulton flambé rabbit, a Bernard Moore flambé vase, and various other items.Condition Report: Tall yellow vase with slender neck has chips to rim and crazing, small yellow vase has crack to neck and crazing and stained, yellow flagon has crazing, multi coloured vase has very fine crack in glaze, we are unsure if this goes through to the body, it is difficult to see and feel but is definitely there. Doulton flambé vase has a pin prick rough point on the neck rim and scratch to the glaze

The Beatles VHS cassette tape transferred from 16mm cinefilm and related books VHS cassette tape, PAL format, features 30+ minutes of promotional videos and TV clips of The Beatles and others, mostly previously published and widely available elsewhere; together with with a DVD transfer of the VHS video footage.The last three short films on the tape appear to be a short Swedish film called Sgt. Pepper Forever, directed by Claes Fellbom, director, screenwriter, and composer, featuring Sylvia Ingermarsson, a film editor known for editing many Ingmar Bergman films. Bernard and his wife became friends with The Beatles, especially John Lennon and Ringo Starr, who both lived locally in St. Georges Hill, Weybridge at this time. The Clarks forged a close relationship with Ringo Starr and were regular visitors to John and Cynthia Lennons Kenwood, Weybridge home. The vendor remembers as a child, attending Zak Starkeys birthday parties and on occasions being driven to school in the psychedelic Rolls Royce by John Lennons chauffeur, Les Anthony. In the early 1970s Bernard Clark started his own business, The Boat House Gallery, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey. This LOT is sold without Copyright.
