An Alexander Lauder pottery ewer, modelled in a oriental manner as a carp, its tail and wavelets forming a base, the open mouth forming the spout and aquatic foliage as the handle, the detail in high relief picked out in pale blue, browns and greens, 19.5cm high, signed 'Lauder Barum'.
