A Continental porcelain centrepiece, the basket with applied flowers and fruit, the column with two putti playing a tambourine and lute, blue hashmark to base, 35.5 high, some damage; an Ashtead pottery figure 'Corn Girl' designed by Allan G Wyon in sandy coloured glazed, factory mark M72 to base 19.5cm high (head re-glued); other figures and ceramics.
Percy Metcalfe (1895-1970), for Ashtead Pottery, a pair of "Lion of Industry" stylised earthen ware figures circa 1925, painted Ashtead Potters mark to base and both with impressed signature, height 18cm & length 23cm. Condition - one lion with chipped tooth, otherwise fine, no further chips, no cracks and no restoration, general wear including light crazing.
