The settee having a central deep buttoned spoon back in a carved frame crested by a cartouche and sprays of scrolling foliage, with open carved pendant garlands running down the sides. The button-backed ends sweeping around to the foliated scroll-knop arm terminals and leading down to the cabriole legs enriched with husk flowers and terminating on scroll-knop feet. The long sprung serpentine seat centred by a floral crest; approx. 6 ft (2 m) in length, with matching upholstered spoon-back side chair and armchair.
