Thomas Daniell'The Sacred Tree of the Hindoos at Gyah, Bahar', etching with aquatint in colours, no. XV, published by Robert Bowyer, 47.5 x 62cm, mounted but unframed Time stained, with some water staining to the margin. There are some small tears to the lower left edge and corner area, and there is a narrow band of tape to the back of the lower edge.
ARR David Hockney RA (b.1937) French Shop, signed and dated '71 lower right, numbered 298/500 lower right, etching and aquatint, 53.5 x 45 cm (PL), frame 64.5 x 54.5 cmCondition:The print is an etching, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears in overall good condition - no obvious tears, creases or losses. There is some minor ageing (yellowing) to the sheet around the edges. The full margins are visible and the platemark edges clearly defined. It is signed and dated to the lower right and numbered in pencil to the lower left. The print appears crisp and well preserved. There are some potential beginnings of foxing in the margins- sparsly distributed and faint - but otherwise fine. The glass has dirt and some accretions between the glass and print. The frame has some dents to the edges and general wear and tear.

Some minor foxing in places on some. House-Breakers with cloudy area on backside of glass but doesn't seem to have affected print. Some fading/discolouration. Minor creases to some. All with margins. General wear and tear.
