Tiles aplenty, tiles galore
20 October 2023 Versatile and colourful, tiles can make for a wonderful decorative statement.
There are plenty of tiles on offer at Ewbank’s Interiors & Modern Design sale on October 26. Estimated at £50-80 is this assortment of tiles including Maw and Co Benthall Works, a Victorian tile and eight others, two of which have labels from the Blanchett Collection.

Designed and decorated by Tony Morris, this Poole Pottery framed tile panel depicting a fish is offered at Cottees Auctions with an estimate of £150-200.
This set of 1930s style platform frieze tiles from Gants Hill Station on the Central Line art included in Transport Auctions of London’s sale on October 28 with an estimate of £300-400.
Cotswold Auction Company features this Exe to Estuary 16 tile panel painted with animals, birds and fish in its October 31 sale with an estimate of £600-800.
