This Double Royal 2ft 1in x 3ft 4in British Railways poster by Claude Buckle depicts the visit to Salisbury - where history lingers - of the future King Charles II in 1651 (he lost the Battle of Worcester in that year). Another Double Royal poster of the same size and also for British Railways, this Newquay design by Harry Riley has a starting price of £90 and is described as 'in good condition and has been mounted on rice paper to conserve previous tears'.
