Five Grayson Perry items at upcoming auctions

British artist Grayson Perry (b.1960) is now a TV presenter, author and famous for his alter-ego Claire.
This Grayson Perry print on canvas is called Middle Class and Proud and is estimated at £200-400 at McTear’s on April 17.
Predominantly working in ceramic, he also produces tapestries, abstracts and other artworks.

This Royal Mail Millennium first day cover (FDC) contains a number of signatures including from Grayson Perry (as well as artists Peter Blake, Grayson Perry and Maggi Hamblin) and dated Edinburgh 07 12 99. FDCs are specially designed envelopes with Royal Mail stamps and postmarks. This example is offered with an estimate of £30-34 at Chaucer Auctions on April 27.
