Unascribed: A Charles I spoon, the gilt figure without emblem, with a plain nimbus pricked E.S over 1662 over M.D struck once in the bowl and thrice on the stem, c.1640, 7.5in (19cm). For the marks see Jackson’s Revised, p.518 as noted on a seal-top spoon, c.1640 and previously ascribed to Rochester
