The thecoincabinet.com and thecoincabinet.co.uk (together the “Website”) are owned by The Coin Cabinet Ltd, Ground Floor, 26 Seymour Street, London W1H 7JA (company no. 08230393). By using the Website and/or entering into dealings with us you agree to accept the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update and change the Website and these terms without prior warning or notice. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
These terms and conditions are comprised of the generic terms for the Website, as well as Appendices for more specific terms as appropriate and which may be supplemented from time to time. Appendix 1 sets out and the specific terms for Auctions.
BACKGROUND:
This agreement applies as between you, the User of the Website and The Coin Cabinet Limited (referred to as “TCC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the owners of the Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.
Other than in relation to an Auction, for which the specific terms are set out in Appendix 1, no part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Account” collectively the personal information, Payment Information and credentials used by Users to use the services made available from time to time and/or any communications System on the Website;
“Auction” an auction taking place on the Website;
“Auctioneer” shall be TCC;
“Auction Item” means an item listed for Auction by TCC on the Website;
“Bidder” a User that places a bid on an Auction Item;
“Buyer” is the highest Bidder for any Lot acceptable to the Auctioneer, as further described in Appendix 1, Paragraph 1;
“Carrier” any third party responsible for transporting purchased Goods or Auction Items from our Premises to customers;
“Content” any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;
“Data Protection Legislation” means the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended or updated from time to time;
“Data Subject” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Legislation;
“Goods” other than in relation to items sold under an Auction, all coins and any other products that TCC advertises and/or makes available for sale through the advised methods;
“Hammer Price” is the price at which a Lot is sold to a Buyer;
“Intellectual Property Rights” mean all patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyright and related rights, trademarks, service marks, trade, business and domain names, rights in trade dress or get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, unfair competition rights, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, semi-conductor topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world
“Lot” the goods delivered to the Auctioneer by the Seller for sale by Auction;
“Packaging Guidelines” as set out under our FAQs.
“Payment Information” any details required for the purchase of Goods, through the advised methods, or Auction Items from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, bank account numbers and sort codes;
“Personal Data” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Legislation;
“Premises” our place(s) of business located at 60 St. James’s Street, First Floor, London, SW1A 1LE, United Kingdom;
“Purchase Information” collectively any bids or acceptance of bids, orders, invoices, dispatch notes, receipts or similar that may be in hard copy or electronic form;
“Seller” is the person on whose behalf Goods are offered for sale by the Auctioneer, or the method as otherwise advised;
“Service” collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that TCC makes available through the Website either now or in the future;
“System” any online communications infrastructure that TCC makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email;
“TCC” The Coin Cabinet Limited (company registration number: 08230393);
“User(s)” any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by TCC, and for the avoidance of doubt may be a Buyer or a Seller; and
“Website” the website that you are currently using (www.thecoincabinet.com) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
2. Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an
Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
3. International Customers
If Goods are ordered or Auction Item winning bids are placed by customers or Bidders from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods or Auction Items reach their destination. TCC is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As a purchaser of the Goods or Auction Items, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods or Auction Items are being imported. Please be aware that Goods or Auction Items may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and TCC cannot guarantee that the packaging of such Goods or Auction Items will be free of signs of tampering. Please note our Packaging Guidelines for any Coins send to TCC. Accepting and signing for the delivery of a package that shows signs of tampering/opening may restrict your rights to return the item to us.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of TCC, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable laws and regulations within the United Kingdom internationally, including, but not limited to, all Intellectual Property Rights.
4.2. Subject to Clause 6 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion reuse material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given prior express written permission to do so by TCC.
4.3. Specifically, you will not systematically copy Content from the Website with a view to creating or compiling any form of comprehensive collection, compilation, directory or database unless given express written permission to do so by TCC.
5. Proof of Identity and Data Protection
5.1. In certain circumstances, you may be required to provide certified proof of identity to satisfy the anti-money laundering and fraud legislation that governs this industry. We may also request such information for our own security checks in order to provide for the safe delivery of your product. We shall advise you as to the suitable documents at the time of any such request made.
5.2. At our discretion, for orders over £5,000 or for cumulative orders of over £10,000 in any one year we may require a certified copy of the purchaser’s photographic ID, and a copy of a recent utility bill (this is required irrespective of method of payment). We may use your personal information to conduct anti-fraud checks. Information which you supply may be given to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies. All personal information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation.
5.3. We shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. This clause 5 is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, our obligations under the Data Protection Legislation.
5.4. Without prejudice to the generality of clause 5.3, we shall, in relation to any Personal Data processed in connection with the Service:
5.4.1.ensure that we have in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data, appropriate to the harm that might result from the unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction or damage and the nature of the data to be protected, having regard to the state of technological development and the cost of implementing any measures (those measures may include, where appropriate, pseudonymising and encrypting Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of its systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to Personal Data can be restored in a timely manner after an incident, and regularly assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures adopted by it);
5.4.2.not transfer any Personal Data outside of the UK unless the prior written consent of the Data Subjects has been obtained and the following conditions are fulfilled:
5.4.2.1.we have provided appropriate safeguards in relation to the transfer;
5.4.2.2.comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Legislation by providing an adequate level of protection to any Personal Data that is transferred; and
5.4.2.3.comply with the reasonable instructions notified to us in advance by you, with respect to the processing of your Personal Data;
5.4.3.notify you immediately on becoming aware of a Personal Data breach including without limitation any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration of Personal Data in breach of this agreement;
5.4.4.at your written direction, delete or return Personal Data and copies thereof.
5.5. The provisions of this clause shall apply during the continuance of the provision of the Service and indefinitely after its expiry or termination.
5.6. We may anonymise Personal Data for our own purposes, including statistical analysis of the use of our technology in order to improve the Services.
6. Privacy
Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference and is available to view on our website.
7. Fair Use of Intellectual Property
Material from the Website may be reused without written permission where any of the exceptions detailed in Chapter III of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 apply.

10. Use of Communications Facilities
10.1. When using any System on the Website you should do so in accordance with the following rules:

10.1.4.It is advised that submissions are made using the English language as we may be unable to respond to enquiries submitted in any other languages;

10.1.7.You must not use our System for unauthorised mass-communication such as

10.2. You acknowledge that TCC reserves the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our System.
10.3. You acknowledge that TCC may retain copies of any and all communications made to us or using our System.
10.4. You acknowledge that any information you send to us through our System or post on the enquiry form may be modified by us in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information. Any restrictions you may wish to place upon our use of such information must be communicated to us in advance and we reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.
11. Accounts
11.1. In order to use the Services on this Website and to use the enquiry form facilities you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Website as we may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that:
11.1.1.all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
11.1.2.you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
11.1.3.you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
11.2. It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. TCC accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
11.3. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact TCC immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, TCC accepts no liability or responsibility and you should make contact with the Carrier detailed in the purchase information, collectively any orders, invoices, dispatch notes, receipts or similar that may be in hard copy or electronic form.
11.4. When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in Clause 10. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.
12. Payment
12.1. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
12.2. TCC reserves all rights in relation to non-payment of any sums owing to either TCC, or a Seller, including suing for breach of contract in order to reclaim additional expenditure incurred by TCC as a result of such non-payment, such expenditure to include any sums lost due to fluctuations in the value of the Goods or Auction Items as a result of movements in, by example, the Financial Markets and the then current market price of coins.
12.3. You hereby indemnify TCC, on a full indemnity basis, for any losses TCC may incur as a result of your failure to pay any sums due hereunder.
13. Termination and Cancellation
13.1. Either TCC or you may terminate your Account. If TCC terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
13.2. If TCC terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.
13.3. TCC reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
13.4. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
13.5. If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
13.6. Due to the nature of the Goods and Auction Items, and in particular their price being subject to fluctuations in the financial markets, your right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply. Where relevant, should you wish to cancel an order for an item which you have paid for prior to its coming into stock, in consequence of a price fluctuation, the cancellation charge will be 2.5% of the total order value, plus any consequential loss owing to the fluctuation in the price of the metal.
13.7. As stated above Goods bought at auction are not refundable nor returnable. However, if we agree that Goods do not meet the standard as described or are below standard, we will happy provide you with an exchange or refund.
14. Disclaimers
14.1. TCC makes no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the Services.
14.2. No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice and the Content of this Website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
14.3. No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
14.4. Whilst TCC uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, all Users are advised to take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.
15. Changes to the Service and these Terms and Conditions
TCC reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If TCC is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions relating to sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
16. Availability of the Website
16.1. The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
16.2. TCC accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCC ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE, FORESEEABLE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN. USERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THEY USE THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT AT THEIR OWN RISK.
17.2. TCC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE OPERATION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SYSTEMS USED FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING PUBLIC TELEPHONE SERVICES, COMPUTER NETWORKS AND THE INTERNET, CAN BE UNPREDICTABLE AND MAY FROM TIME TO TIME INTERFERE WITH OR PREVENT ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. 17.3. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXCLUDES OR RESTRICTS TCC’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM ANY NEGLIGENCE OR FRAUD ON THE PART OF TCC.
17.4. SUBJECT TO PARAGRAPH 9 OF APPENDIX 1, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXCLUDES OR RESTRICTS TCC’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE INCORRECT DELIVERY OF GOODS OR OUT OF RELIANCE ON INCORRECT INFORMATION INCLUDED ON THE WEBSITE.
17.5. TCC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AN INCORRECT GRADING OF A LOT OR GOODS. ANY DISPUTE RAISED BY A BUYER IN RELATION TO SUCH GRADING MUST BE RAISED WITH THE RELEVANT GRADING COMPANY.
17.6. WHERE A BUYER HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW A LOT OR GOODS, THEY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO RAISE ANY OBJECTION IN RELATION TO SUCH LOT OR GOODS WHERE SUCH A VIEWING WOULD HAVE REASONABLY HIGHLIGHTED THE ISSUE IN QUESTION.
17.7. WHILST EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ENSURE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ADHERE STRICTLY WITH THE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT 1977, IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THESE TERMS ARE FOUND TO BE UNLAWFUL, INVALID OR OTHERWISE UNENFORCEABLE, THAT TERM IS TO BE DEEMED SEVERED FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS TERM SHALL APPLY ONLY WITHIN JURISDICTIONS WHERE A PARTICULAR TERM IS ILLEGAL.
18. No Waiver
In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
19. Entire agreement
19.1. These terms and conditions, together with the Schedules, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between them relating to the subject matter contained herein.
19.2. Where this is any conflict between these terms and conditions and those terms set out in the Schedules, the terms of the Schedules shall prevail.
20. Third Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and TCC.
21. Communications
21.1. All notices/communications shall be given to us either by telephone (contact numbers can be found on the contact us page of this website) or by email to contact@thecoincabinet.com. Such notice will be deemed received on the day of leaving a telephone message clearly stating your name and your telephone number if message is left on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday. Alternatively, such notice will be deemed received on the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
21.2. TCC may from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please let us know via contact@thecoincabinet.com.
22. Severance
22.1. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
23. Force Majeure
23.1. We are not liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of our contractual agreements caused by events outside of our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”)
23.2. A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to, an act, event, non-occurrence, accident or omission that is beyond our reasonable control, including;
23.2.1.riot, invasion, terrorist attack (or threat of), war (declared or undeclared),or any occurrence resulting from a declared crisis in the banking system;
23.2.2.fire, flood, earthquake, storm, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster;
23.2.3.inability to use transport, including railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport and any other means of private or public transport; or
23.2.4.inability to use public or private telecommunication networks/internet.
23.3. Any obligations on us are suspended for the duration of any Force Majeure Event, and we will also have additional time to perform our obligations for the duration of any Force Majeure Event.
23.4. We will take any reasonable steps to help bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or find a way to complete our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event, and resume normal trading terms as soon after the event as possible.
24. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and TCC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and TCC and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Appendix 1: Auction Site Terms
These terms relate to purchases made through our auction website at https://auctions.thecoincabinet.com/
The Buyer
1. The highest bidder acceptable to the Auctioneer shall be the Buyer. The Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle any disputes which arise and to refuse bids or to advance the bidding as seen fit.
2. When the Lot is sold the Buyer shall pay the Auctioneer in full the Hammer Price together with a premium of 18.00% (excl. of V.A.T.) of the Hammer Price within 7 days of the sale.
3. In order to bid, Buyers shall provide the Auctioneer with name, address and telephone number, along with requested bank and other references if deemed necessary. A bid limit of £3,000 will be applied to all first time Users. Should you wish to increase your bid limit, you will be required to provide references and certain other information in order to facilitate a credit check.
4. Upon the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer in respect of the Lot, when it is knocked down to you, a contract is made between you and TCC in relation to the payment by you and the delivery by TCC of the Lot.
5. The ownership of a Lot shall not pass to the Buyer and the Buyer shall not be entitled to delivery of any Lot until they have made full payment in cleared funds to the Auctioneer of the total amount due. Payment shall be deemed to have been made only after the Auctioneer has received cash or sterling bankers draft or the Buyer’s cheque has been cleared. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately when issued.
6. All Lots will be delivered via the Auctioneer’s delivery method of choice, which will depend on the order total and the Buyer’s location. The Auctioneer will provide a tracking number as a receipt of shipment. All Lots will be insured during transit: see the insurance cost below.
7. Shipping policy and rate cards.
UK orders are shipped via DHL Express. Insurance cover at 0.1% of order total will be added. Prices are excluding VAT.

Coins classed as investment gold coins going to clients based in the EU will be shipped via our Netherlands branch for onward distribution to the final location within the EU. Please note that orders containing both investment gold coins and other coins (e.g. silver coins, guineas, etc.) will be split into multiple shipments and clients will be charged accordingly.

8. Payment Terms
8.1. Payment is by bank transfer or cheque in GBP only. We do not accept PayPal and/or credit/debit card.
8.2. Notwithstanding the rights as set out under clause 12, should a Buyer fail to pay within 21 days after receiving an invoice, the Auctioneer reserves the right to take legal proceedings against the Buyer, as well as pass collection over to a debt collection agency. This would entail a collection fee of 15% of the value of the total order, payable by the Buyer. In addition to this the Auctioneer will, after the 21-day period, be within their right to:
8.2.1.rescind the sale of any Lots sold to the Buyer;
8.2.2.re-sell all or any Lots by public auction or private treaty and any deficiencies in the purchase price resulting from such sale together with full costs incurred in connection with the Lots shall be immediately payable by the Buyer to the Auctioneer. Any surplus over the proceeds of sale shall go to the Seller;
8.2.3.remove, store and insure (on any premises) the Lot or Lots at the expense of the Buyer;
8.2.4.reject any bids made by or on behalf of the Buyer at any future auction, or obtain part payment before accepting any future bids; and
8.2.5.apply any proceeds to the costs incurred by the Auctioneer as a result of such non-payment.
9. Condition of items and limitation of liability
9.1. Items sold are normally of some age and are sold with any faults, imperfections and errors of descriptions.
9.2. Subject to clause 17.5 and clause 17.6, and paragraph 9.3 of this 9, the Auctioneer accepts responsibility for the authenticity of all coins in an Auction.
9.3. THE AUCTIONEER DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY GRADE MENTIONING OR OTHER ATTRIBUTION, AUTHORSHIP OR ESTIMATED PRICE OF ANY LOT, ANY REPRESENTATION OR SETTLEMENT BY THE AUCTIONEER IN ANY CATALOGUE, BROCHURE, OR ADVERTISEMENT. EVERY PERSON INTERESTED SHOULD EXERCISE AND RELY ON THEIR OWN JUDGEMENT AS TO SUCH MATTERS AND NEITHER THE AUCTIONEER NOR ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CORRECTNESS OF SUCH OPINION OR INFORMATION.
9.4. WHERE COINS ARE SOLD IN A PLASTIC HOLDER (“SLAB”) WITH A GRADE BY A PROFESSIONAL COIN GRADING COMPANY, THE PROFESSIONAL COIN GRADING COMPANY HAVE THEIR OWN WARRANTY AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY AND GRADE STATED. THE AUCTIONEER DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE PROFESSIONAL GRADING COMPANIES’ GRADES. SHOULD THE BUYER DISAGREE WITH THE GRADE ON A SLAB THEY MUST THEMSELVES EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COIN FOR REGRADING AND THE AUCTIONEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST THE BUYER INCURS IN DOING SO.
10. The Auctioneer will, on the Buyer’s written instruction, by email only, execute bids on their behalf, but neither the Auctioneer nor its employees nor its agents shall be liable for any neglect in so doing or failure to do so. Bids should be emailed to contact@thecoincabinet.com.
