Two pieces of Japanese Imari decorated porcelain bowl - early 20th century, comprising a bowl, the exterior enamelled with eight figural reserves divided by iron red and gilt foliate panels, above a band of blue and white lappets, the interior with a central circular and six smaller shaped reserves with figures and birds, on a conforming iron red foliate ground, underglaze blue seal mark to base, 16cm diameter, 6.4cm high; and a charger, painted with a central spray of peonies within abroad iron red foliate border with four shaped reserves painted with birds and flowers, iron red six character mark to base, 35cm diameter, central decoration worn.
