They share sorrow and bring comfort to each other in exactly the same way as humans do. Judy wanted her elephant to carry some of the words and phrases used by people; during her dad’s illness and at his funeral. Passing Phrase is dedicated to Judy's dad, Tony Perry (1933 - 2021). The Mandala dot painting was picked as the style after Judy taught a workshop on the art form and realised how relaxing and calming this style was, taking the pupils away from the pressures and thoughts of everyday life
