Posters from the Tom and Jerry series are highly collectable, and the ones from the 40s do not surface very often. . . This eight minute cartoon would have been shown before the main feature at the cinema. Tom and Jerry cartoons were extremely popular, and in the 40s nearly fifty of these shorts were produced. This animation was directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.. . Excellent condition, colours remaining very bright, minor restoration to folds and border.. . Material of piece: Paper, backed on linen
