From Russia with Love (1963) . Original US poster, first US release 1964, style B. . Unframed: 41 x 27 in. (104 x 69 cm). . Linen backed. . Following the success of Dr. No, Eon Production's budget for this second Bond film was dramatically increased. This film was also directed by Terence Young, and again stars Sean Connery as Bond. It was based on Ian Fleming's 1957 novel. The film was a huge box-office success. It heralded the debut of Desmond Llewelyn as Q, a role that he would play for thirty-six years.. . Excellent good condition, colours remaining very bright, very minor restoration to folds. There is some printed and written text on the back of the poster, which shows through slightly on the very top white border.. . Material of piece: Paper, backed on linen
