the first goblet, probably German, with ogee bowl, engraved with an oval male portrait medallion between two smoking urns below a pair of eagles, the reverse with Cupids at a forge below a canopy, flanked by Bérainesque grotesques, garlands, vases and scrollwork on a frosted ground, on a octagonal faceted knopped stem, the foot engraved with a formal border;
the second goblet, probably Bohemian, the funnel bowl with facets around the base, deeply cut with bands of star and oval ornament, on an octagonal faceted stem; together with a similarly decorated domed cover with faceted spire finial
