of circular form, centred with a diamond-set rosette in the middle of two interweaving foliate wreaths set with diamonds in pinched collet settings at the joints, surmounted by a diamond-set bow-tied ribbon, a further diamond-set foliate motif at the base of the circle enclosed in gold borders, struck to the reverse with KF in Cyrillic, 56 standard

height excluding loop 4.7cm; 1 7/8 in.

Provenance
Acquired by the family of the present owner in Russia before the Revolution.

Catalogue note
The present pendant has descended from the Morozov, Krestovnikov and List families, who carried it with them when fleeing Russia via Crimea in 1917-1918. The family eventually settled in Paris and subsequently brought this pendant with them to the United States in 1948, where it has been passed from generation to generation.
