These engravings by Joseph Collyer (1748-1827) are based on paintings by John Russell (1745-1806), with the 1791 painting of George IV as Prince of Wales currently hanging in Buckingham Palace (RCIN 405414). The Royal Collection also holds several examples of engravings by Collyer after the paintings, such as RCIN 605334 and RCIN 605174, including a hand-coloured example of the Prince of Wales portrait (RCIN 605171).
