The painted, silvered and gilt bronze dial with central alarm disk, subsidiary seconds, day, date, month and moon-phase apertures, the arcaded chapter ring signed Henricus van Vlijmen, Amsteldam, the spandrels painted with four seated women allegorical for the seasons, the weight driven posted movement with anchor escapement, and alarm and Dutch quarter striking on two bells.
