Artist: Unknown Artist Linen-backed UK Quad poster for the Rolling Stones documentary "Gimme Shelter" (1970). The poster design consists of a montage of b/w photo images with a single day-glo box highlighting the film title. The tragedy of the Stones free concert at Altamont, 1969, is seen by many as symbolising the denouement of the idealism of the "Swinging Sixties". 30" x 40" (76 x 102 cm) Condition: Good Linen-backed with slight restoration to foldline wear but overall in very good condition. 0 £600 - 800
